CheckSight® - Intel Atom CPU powered smart camera
CheckSight® smart cameras are a combination of a high quality industrial camera and a PC running Windows XP or Linux in one rigid cabinet. The camera is avaliable with Leutron Visions complete selection of CCD and CMOS sensors, with resolutions from VGA to 5 Mpixel. It offers one Gigabit Ethernet and 3 USB2.0 interfaces, as well as a DVI-D interface and audio I/O for connecting peripherials, a monitor, speakers and microphone. The CheckSight® uses C- or CS-mount lenses. The 1.6 GHz Intel Atom processor and 1GB onbord DDR2 RAM offer high computing performance at low power consumtion. CheckSight® smart cameras bring you high perfomance and high flexibility by giving you the power to use the OS and software you want.

The CheckSight® PC Camera is fully GenICam/GenTL compliant and can be used with all major image processing librares which act as GenTL consumer such as Halcon, Common Vision Blox, MIL and more. The CheckSight® PC Camera comes with Leutron Vision's new Simplon image acquisition software, featuring a fully GenICam/GenTL compliant producer and an image acquisition API including a comprehensive set of Rapid Application Development tools. Simplon is currently available under Windows and Linux, other OS support is under development.
